Welcome to Yum-Ma Foods. By accessing our website at yum-ma.com and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product. We make every effort to display product colors and packaging as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects the true appearance of our products.

Our products contain food ingredients. Please review all ingredient and allergen information carefully before purchasing. If you have any food allergies or dietary concerns, contact us before placing an order at hello@yum-ma.com.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order.

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Yum-Ma Foods does not store your full payment card details.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed via email, a binding contract is formed between you and Yum-Ma Foods. In the event we must cancel your order after confirmation, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Yum-Ma Foods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@yum-ma.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, recipes, and branding — is the property of Yum-Ma Foods and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yum-Ma Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
